“E is for elephant and for Erika. E is for elephant and for Erika...” Those seven words were repeated to me over and over again when I was learning how to spell my name back when I was in preschool. Imaginably it was that particular drill that made me so fond of the larger than life, wiggly eared animals that are synonymous with good luck; and the reasoning behind my search for a captivating elephant inspired pendant necklace, much like this vintage beauty from Lattice Designs. Between the off-white enamel covering the elephant’s diminutive head; the white, sparkling crystals filling in for his eyes and dotting his tiny gold body; and the lifelike sculpturing of his little toes and flippy tail, I feel plum lucky just having laid eyes on this trumpeting treasure!Fashionably yours!

What a cute little fella! I love elephants, too. They are so majestic and despite their enormous size, they have quite a calm, serene aura.
