(WHY?) While the shade of the jazzy Go Jane number is slightly less electrifying than the Halston Heritage original, and lacks the shimmer of the silver threading; for just $32.80, in comparison to the $435.00 price tag of the Halston hottie, it is every bit as glamorous – and leaves you room to pick up one in every color...coral, black, turquoise, and jade!
Which role have you decided to undertake on this saucy Sunday, kittens? Tightwad or spendthrift?
Fashionably yours!

ReplyDeleteI would have to go for the Go Jane one. I love the shade of blue on the dress. Gorgeous!
ReplyDeleteI wanted that dress the minute I saw it in the movie, so I searched it online but it was way to expensive! I'll defentintly will be buying this...

I think I'm gonna go tightwad today! That Aqua shade is pretty, too.
ReplyDeleteI love both of them, but I actually prefer the Go jane one :) Check out my award for you :) on my blog :D Sarah..0x
ReplyDeletethis is a lovely steal Erika !
ReplyDeletei really enjoyed reading your smitten saturday post as well :)
I'm going with the tightwad today!
ReplyDeleteOh, I just love this dress. It was my favorite look from Sex and the City 2. I think I would have to go for the Go Jane one though.
ReplyDeleteI'll opt for the Go Jane. The pleats remind me of my wedding gown train, which was pleated like that (but in cream, not blue!) Happy Sunday to you ...
ReplyDeleteThe Go Jane dress is definitely a good find. It looks so similar to the Halston dress! But I think I'm gonna have to splurge and go with Halston just because I love the color more than the Go Jane one.
ReplyDeleteI love the GoJane one. It's such a beautiful colour.
ReplyDeleteI just really, really want the Halston one! xx

Oh i absolutely adore this dress! Although i do prefer the Halston color, the style of it is so gorgeous.
ReplyDeletei saw that gojane dress too...it really is such a great version of it!! and haha i would love to see those stretch shorts with the smileys on them!!

I pick the first one.I like it more and the color it's also better. But...I wouldn't buy it. ;))
ReplyDeleteWOWZA, they sure copied that one didn't they? I think the color is still pretty on the bargain beauty..but I'm still trying to figure out how I can justify the HH!
ReplyDeleteI just couldn't think of wearing anything that expensive..I like that the Go Jane dress looks like something you could really travel with for the summer.
ReplyDeletespendthrift, definitely! the colour is just divine!
ReplyDeletespendthrift, definitely! the colour is just divine!
ReplyDeletespendthrift, definitely! the colour is just divine!
ReplyDeleteOoo, I'll say the Go Jane one is so worth it when it comes to Price!!! Of course I want the SJP one but that's too much of a price difference. I love it!!
ReplyDeleteI prefer the color of the Go Jane dress... it's fresh and so perfect for summer.
ReplyDeleteHappy Sunday Erika! xoxo
Oooh it's a tough one! I do prefer the cut and shimmery effect of the HH version, but the Go Jane price tag is all too tempting!

Again, I'll have to be on the tightwad side of things. I can't see that looking too fantastic on my body, so I would want to save a purchase in the hundreds for something more flattering to my shape. However, I can see how it would be a perfect lightweight piece for those sweetie summer evenings.
ReplyDeletethis is fantastic! my top two color picks would have to be black (of course, lbd!) and coral. :)
ReplyDeleteSometimes I can definitely be a spendthrift but I love the original. The fabric and color are so rich which compliment how light and airy the cut is. This looks like it would have to be a credit card purchase though and not my most pratical decision but I can't help it.
ReplyDeleteThe GoJane option is lovely! I saw someone try on the black Halston Heritage last week and it's such a fun, flirty dress.
ReplyDeleteI feel like it's been forever dear. Hope all is well with school and everything. xoxo
Love both dresses, Erika! But better to spend less nowadays, right?
ReplyDeleteBoth are heavenly, but the Go Jane version completely blew my socks off!
ReplyDeleteI do like both, but I prefer the colour by Halston, good cheap substitute though.

ReplyDeletehi lovely. its monday again! im exhausted after a weekend out.. and the house is so messy- what did you do love?
ReplyDeletei would prefer the halston heritage dress-because i actually like that colour better. and it looks like its a more lively fabric
xx ediot
I love them both. Being that I'm broke if I was buying one for somebody it would have to be the Go Jane dress.
ReplyDeleteThey are both lovely, but I think I prefer the royal blue colour. It looks more glamouros

ReplyDeletebetween the two I like the Jane most...because of that color... although both dresses aren't really my style so I'd probably pass altogether.
