While ASOS’ Bell Sleeve beauty is crafted out of polyester, as opposed to the silk construction of the Elizabeth and James gem; for just $47.17, in comparison to the $345.00 asking price of it’s couture cousin, it is every bit as irresistible – and allows for the frugal fashionista to indulge in all three colors…pink, navy, and lime!
Which role have you decided to undertake on this terrific Tuesday, kittens? Tightwad or spendthrift?
Fashionably yours!

I neeeeed that AsOs dress! it is calling my name and begging me to take it to Italy! Whenever that may be...
ReplyDeleteCan you believe I've never been to/bought from an ASOS??? Everything I've seen on blogs looks amazing. I'd take that dress hands down.
ReplyDeleteI would go for ASOs, not too heavy
ReplyDeleteon my pocket. Love the nude color dress!
Oooh, I want that Elizabeth and James!
ReplyDelete♥
To be honest... neither.
ReplyDeleteI have to go for E & J due to the polyester factor. xx

I like the ASOS one better, it seems a little bit more pinker than the Elizabeth and James dress. :)
ReplyDeleteI'll have to be a tightwad and go for the ASOS dress. And you actually have me missing It's On with Alexa Chung now. Lol. Love her!
ReplyDeletegreat find! love the pink version so heavenly :)

ooooh, pink! Erika, you do know how to woo me!
ReplyDeleteOkay so admittedly I'm nowhere near spending $350 on a dress--don't get me wrong--but in this case I think the real deal is worth it. I like the peach color so much more than the pink of the Asos, and the E&J neckline is so much prettier.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful dress! But I have to say I prefer the E&J version :)

OMG I have been dying to buy this dress for sooooooo long!
ReplyDeleteThank you SO much for finding an affordable version!
xoxox,
CC
Such a great dress!! For this one I will have to go with the 'spensive one, just because I can't stand wearing polyester. Otherwise they look almost identical to me.
ReplyDeleteI actually like the shade of pink of the E&J dress a lot better!
ReplyDeletethe elizabeth and james one is gorgeous, so i'd have to say spendthrift this time!
ReplyDeleteASOS, for me! Though the Elizabeth and James dress is undeniably stunning!
ReplyDeleteI am learning how to sew because I just can't be bothered to spend tons of money on a dress so I'm going with the tightwad but neither one of those would look good on my body type. trilingualdiva.blogspot.com
ReplyDeleteI love both, but paying the lesser of the two prices is better for my wallet :)
ReplyDeletei am in love with this pink getup! it's so adorable! and so summery! and would even look cute with boots on the fall~!

great about ASOS. Such a romantic dress.
ReplyDeleteElizabeth and James's dress has a nice color. It's so much better and so much more expensive. ;))
ReplyDeleteASOS all the way!! Very good find because that dress is prettiness much for a low price (ASOS) like that!
ReplyDeleteEven though I have no problem trumpeting my cheapness, I genuinely like the ASOS better!
ReplyDeleteI love the Elizabeth and James dress. It is so adorable!
ReplyDeletethank goodness for ASOS!
ReplyDeletePerfect find! Love this, Erika! Need to get that dress.. ASAP. <3
ReplyDeleteasos for sure :)
ReplyDeleteI like the E@J one better and silk vs plyester...well no comparison. But, it's definitely a splurge!
ReplyDeleteI'm just going to come right out and say it. I like the ASOS better!! I don't care what it's made out of!!
ReplyDeleteIs there a full moon? When do I ever want the cheaper item without even looking at the price??
Girl you know how to spot the comparison finds!!
xoxo,
Carrie
Yes, I am so pleased that ASOS have a good alternative! Awesome find!
ReplyDeleteLooove that dress ASOS is literally a god send!
ReplyDeleteAsos is cuter
ReplyDeleteI love silk but for the price difference, I'd settle with the polyester. xoxo
ReplyDeleteGotta admit - I like the draping, sleeves and shoulders of the original better. Those darn Olsen twins and their great fashion sense!
ReplyDeleteOooh, I love it. I'll take polyester any day if it means saving this much!

Ohh, these dresses are so cute! I love the pink shade and the shape. I love Elizabeth and James, but I would probably have to go with ASOS.
ReplyDeleteThe ASOS dress is really pretty.
ReplyDeleteASOS!!! Love them both though :)
ReplyDeleteBoth are simply beautiful dresses.

I vote for ASOS!
ReplyDeleteAsos for sure, love it:)
ReplyDeleteThat dress (both of them!) is such a pretty color! Well, normally I'd pick the Elizabeth and James version however I'm feeling sort of guilty over my spending spree of yesterday (I couldn't help myself!) :/ so... Asos it is! It's still a pretty color... and maybe I'll check out the navy while I'm at it ;)
ReplyDeleteIn love with blushy light pinks lately. Especially paired with army green. Love this ASOS.
ReplyDeleteThis is a toughy! Though I like the price tag on the ASOS one, I love the color on thr E&J version...decisions, decisions!
ReplyDeleteThat dress is fab, Im contemplating the navy or lime! Im just wondering if its too short. hmm?
ReplyDeleteFabulosity! Love the color. :)
ReplyDeleteXx
Again, I think I prefer the ASOS one.
ReplyDeleteWhat a lovely dress! I can't decide which version I like better. So pretty!
ReplyDeleteI say ASOS all the way! the E&J one is a beauty, but for the amount of times that I would wear it I will relish in my decision to be a tightwad. Love, A

I am rolling with ASOS all day!! They look exactly the same to me.
ReplyDeleteDahling, you know I am OBSESSED with ASOS - so this one is a GO!!!!
ReplyDeleteI can't decide! Ummm....ASOS it is...silk is too much for Texas heat!
ReplyDeleteBoth are cute! I like the color of the bargain one better though.
ReplyDeleteP.S. I gave you an award on my blog the other day =)
