I like the rebecca taylor one more- but its always interesting to see these posts, sometimes the knock-offs/the look-alikes that are cheaper look so much better than the expensive ones..

ReplyDeleteMaking the splurge or not for me would depend on the purpose of the purchase. Even in silk the top doesn't look incredibly dressy to me so I'd wear it to school ... no need to pay the splurge price for something the will be horribly wrinkled and perhaps irreparably damaged because I somehow manage to get highlighter on me.

It really improves my mood to feel like I'm wearing my pajamas. :) I'd definitely go for the Forever 21 tunic, it's ridiculous how much of a price difference there is! Don't spend money on a non-classic piece that you won't be wearing next year. Buy the inexpensive one and add the details yourself. Save your money for a high-end classic item that you'll be able to wear year after year.
