♥ Fashionably Moi! ♥

Wearing: Charcoal Gray Three-Quarter Sleeve Poncho Sweater Top via Forever 21; Forever 21 Cuffed Woven Shorts; Sam Edelman Naharra Piped High Heel Boots in Graphite; Susan Lucci Prim and Proper Round Stone and Simulated Pearl Cluster Ring in Hematite.

Reading: The Beautiful and Damned by F. Scott Fitzgerald.

Glamourizing: Nails: Illamasqua Nail Varnish in DWS. Lips: mark Pro Gloss Hook Up Plumping Lip Shine in Swell. Eyes: Maybelline New York Line Works Liquid Eyeliner in Black.

Listening: Breaking Free by Vanessa Hudgens and Zac Efron via High School Musical. I walked into Toys ‘R’ Us to pick up a birthday present for my nephew a few weeks ago and walked out with this song in my head; it has been lodged there ever since. Très tragique, non? Secretly j’adore it!

Adoring: Coquettish frocks with Goddess-like draping a la Riller & Fount’s Athens Draped Mini Dress. Honestly, who needs to flirt when you’re accoutered in this pretty; it does all the work for you! The ELLEments of Personal Style: 25 Modern Fashion Icons on How to Dress, Shop, and Live by Joe Zee. I simply cannot stop poring over the Candace Bushnell feature - fabuleux! American Apparel’s The Disco Short. Scanty when worn with bare legs; seductive when layered over patterned tights. Ummm…hi, I adore you!

Watching: Sofia Coppola’s Marie Antoinette. A Deluxe Petit Fours Assortment from Dean & DeLuca would most certainly make this viewing très magnifique, mais oui? For now I shall seek solace in the Grande Salted Caramel Hot Chocolate from Starbucks sitting by my side. Aimer l'amour!

Desiring: DKNY Dolman Sleeve Sequin Sweater. Hello, lover. Is it even possible for one’s wardrobe to be complete when it is lacking a piece that could light up an entire ballroom with its shimmer? Mais non! I believe owning this may be a matter of life or death! Dash & Lily’s Book of Dares by Rachel Cohn and David Levithan. The idea of quirky teenage characters meeting in Manhattan during Christmastime and embarking on a slew of misadventures amidst the holiday rush is quite the enchanting premise – I am dying to read! Opening Ceremony Racer Platform Booties in Red. The Wizard of Oz’s Dorothy had her ruby red slippers; I’ll have vampy red platform booties. There’s no place like home!

Quoting: Elisabeth Kubler-Ross - “People are like stained-glass windows. They sparkle and shine when the sun is out, but when the darkness sets in their true beauty is revealed only if there is a light from within.”

Awaiting: Nine West Convinceme in Medium Brown Leather. They haunted my every sleeping and waking moment for an entire six days; I had to adopt them! Forgive me darlings for I have shopped!

But enough about moi; let’s talk about…vous. Time to give me the lowdown on your life, lovers! What are you up to this week?

Fashionably yours!
