  1. How to Save a Life and Caring is Creepy are two of my favorite songs. I've been blasting Sprawl II {Mountains Beyond Mountains} by Arcade Fire non-stop lately. Happy Monday, E.

  18. I received the newly released "Michael" CD for Christmas. In spite of the reviews that say Michael himself may have done it better - I am still enjoying it quite much. Tracks 8 & 9 are my favorite - but it is all Michael so there isn't one I don't like. There are collaborations with other current artists on the CD but he was already doing that with Thriller 25th Anniversary Edition anyway so it doesn't seem far-fetched.
so my dirty little secret is out - I <3 Michael Jackson!

  37. Erika, some of these songs are new to me, but I will be sure to check them out. The music world is mourning the recent loss of Teena Marie so I've been playing some of her work the last couple of days. One of my friends suggested "Out on a Limb" which is very touching.

Happy holidays to you too, Erika! thanks for checking on me the other day. As promised, I have news! :)
