♥Reading: The Calder Game by Blue Balliett.
♥Glamourizing: Nails: Nicole by OPI It Starts With Me. Un petit mot d'avertissement…prepare to swoon! Lips: mark Shine Tubes Hook Up Lip Gloss in Buttercream Brioche. Eyes: Maybelline New York The Colossal Volum’ Express in Glam Black.
♥Listening: Speeding Cars by Imogen Heap. This is my first brush with Imogen Heap and I must confess that I am utterly mesmerized. La beauté de cette chanson est juste incroyable - l'amour! Listen to it tout de suite s'il vous plait!; cross my heart you will fall in love!
♥Adoring: Lolita-esque footwear a la Opening Ceremony’s Chantal T Strap Platform Pumps, Pelle Moda’s Heat Suede T Strap Pumps, L.A.M.B.’s Caitlyn Suede T Strap Wedges, and BCBGeneration’s Carete. There is a certain…je ne sais quoi about le t-strap aesthetic that simply screams girly glamour, mais oui? Oliver Peoples Eyewear’s Donyale Sunglasses in Black/Grey – 2011’s answer to last year’s Chelsea Sunnies, if I do say so myself. Totalment exquis! Floor-sweeping maxi skirts – specifically What Goes Around Comes Around’s Vintage Denim Long Skirt, and Ella Moss’ Prima Donna Maxi Skirt. Swoon!
♥Watching: Disturbing Behavior. Vintage Katie Holmes at her finest. Je suis obsédé avec ce film!
♥Desiring: Parker’s Print Baby Doll Dress. In my dreams I have visions of donning this flirty frock with Chinese Laundry’s Dresden in Brown, and American Apparel’s Wool Floppy Hat in Luggage Brown. Incroyablement magnifique, mais oui? Hot Chocolate Maker by Bialetti. My thoughts? ‘Tis an invaluable kitchen utensil synonymous with having a Starbucks right in your very own humble abode. Me le donner maintenant! Juicy Couture’s Riviera Nikki Bag in Cocoa Butter. Similar to the Chanel 2.55 in regards to both size and chain strap embellishment; yet far more affordable (for the time being, of course!). J'adore au dixième pouvoir!
♥Quoting: Kim Cattrall as Sex and the City’s Samantha Jones - “This outfit only works if I’m standing.”
♥Awaiting: February 14th. A day in which gorging on candy (and cupcakes!) is an absolute requirement!
But enough about moi; let’s talk about…vous. Time to give me the lowdown on your life, lovers! What are you up to this week?
Fashionably yours!

I'm loving the wool floppy hat, so perfect for lounging around the beach in a bright bikini. And that Parker's Print Baby Doll dress is right up my ally. Makes me yearn for the beautiful summer weather.

ReplyDeleteHaha I love Samantha from SATC! And I adore all of this. Hmmm I'm currently sporting jeans A LOT, more than my norm. But it's college and it's cold, and my jeans are actually comfortable for once! My nails are three different shades of light pink, coral, and green, giving them a watermelon look! Cheerful for when I'm writing and sitting bored in class!!
ReplyDeleteI am absolutely loving the T-strap shoes you featured. They're all gorgeous!!
ReplyDeleteErika I've been down for the count with the flu for more days than I can even remember. First real day up for more than 15 min here and there...for some reason thought of you when I saw LC's show didn't get picked up for mtv. Wah. Then again I want the dirt not the scoop on her line at Kohl's.
