Tightwad Tuesday: Diane von Furstenberg Striped Dugan Top for a Steal

My loves, to the left allow your pretty peepers to rove over the sauciness that is Diane von Furstenberg’s Striped Dugan Top; to the right cast your gaze upon Bubblegum’s zany Zebra Striped Tunic via Lulu*s.

Though le darling DVF is constructed out of silk chiffon, whereas the blissful Bubblegum is crafted out of 100% polyester; for a mere $52.00, in comparison to the $265.00 asking price of the runway version, it is a sublime way for the budget babe to hop aboard the billowy blouse trend – without breaking the bank!

Now the question remains…will you be thrifty, or suckered into putting on your spendthrift cap?

Fashionably yours!

Thanks to Shopbop and Lulu*s for the pictures.

  11. I really like the DVF version of the shirt. It looks a little darker but as if it's sheer. I hope you have a good Tuesday, E.

  23. I'm going to have to go with the $52 top because they look exactly the same, and n one would really know the difference if you said it were DVF anyway. Lovely finds by the way! :)

  24. Unbelievable, this is such a good one! Although I really do prefer chiffon and love DVF so much I'd probably go with that one. But they are identical, wow! But Bubblegum should be careful b/c DVF sued Forever21 for knocking her off...

Hope you're having a lovely Tuesday Erika!
