I am not at all a fan of chrome nail polishes, but I fell in love with this one. Penny Talk is the exact color of a new penny, and is a nice twist on the standard metallic shade - being a rose gold/bronze color as opposed to the standard silver or gold. The formula on this one was slightly thin - fairly translucent after one coat, but fully opaque after two; and not streaky at all. I received so many compliments from people when I was wearing this color - it is just too pretty. Definitely a new one to add to your rotation - it'll look gorgeous year-round; and has become one of my Top 7 All-Time Favorites!

I do love Essie's metallic colors! This is lovely! Sally Hansen's Xtreme Wear's Pink Satin is a mainstay for me.

ReplyDeleteI love this color. I actually don't really love the finish of these polishes, but I just loved the silver and gold colors so I nabbed them. haha...I just have to be very patient in making the streaks less visible!
