One of my new favorite top coats - and just so perfect for New Year's or the winter season!
Over the Rainblue is definitely meant to be worn as a glitter topper, as it's impossible for it to build to opacity on it's own - and that's okay! Here I'm wearing it over Essie Tuck It In My Tux.
I love the way this dispenses - it's very minimal but even, and gives good coverage {no dab and pat necessary!}. The base is very agreeable to work with - not thin, not thick and gloppy...just perfect! Over the Rainblue is a shade you definitely want in your stash!
