I don't usually reach for multicolor glitter, but Jazzy Jubilant was included in the Essie Limited Edition Holiday Mini Nail Polish Kit I picked up during a Target run, so I figured I'd give it a shot. Truth: It's not a fave of mine {I'm not huge on multicolor glitter}, but I don't hate it because...it's kind of perf for the holidays!
Jazzy Jubilant's base is slightly thick, but not unmanageable to work with. That said, it does require a little dab and pat effort to evenly disperse the glitter. Here I'm wearing it over mark Firestarter {red creme}, though I think it could look brilliant over a metallic.
