{beauty board} brilliantly basic

The temps are already in the 90s here in SoCal, which means a basic, dewy beauty routine is in the cards - because nothing pairs better with warm weather than dewy skin, yes?

I like to keep products to a minimum to avoid melting makeup, so my essentials are a gold-flecked blush {I've been loving creams lately}, taupe-y shadow, sheer lip butter, epic mascara {this one curls, lengthens, and volumizes!}, and, of course, an amazing highlighter wand.
