links à la mode: the IFB weekly roundup {october 8, 2015 edition}

Desktop-001

While IFB bloggers, like always, covered their favorite trends, many covered their favorite colors for this Fall – Mustard, Marsala {Burgundy}, Gray, and Camel. With the use of Fall colors and recent trends, bloggers showed their favorite ways of transitioning Summer wardrobes into Fall.

Fashion week was still a strong theme and really hit on how each region’s designers show true {cultural} colors in their Fashion Weeks. A closer look into Milan, Paris, and an alternative Berlin Fashion Week will give readers a glimpse of these differences. And someone was still reminiscing about her recent trip to New York City during their fashion week… which gave me pangs of longing for the Big Apple.

My longing continued for my home away from home with coverage of two very different New York City events – Sinatra and The Blonds. Thank goodness no one covered New York City restaurants; I don’t think my heart could have taken it.

And Bookish and Belle gave me a chuckle with her “Closet Confidential” video. Go check it out and then just for the heck of it, make your own list.
