Despite us being in the throes of the almost-spring season, I have been craving a bright blue lacquer, so I had to take this beauty for a spin when I found it in my stash.
I have been having fab luck with JULEP Nail Colors as of late, and Monaco is no exception. I will admit that coat one was v. lackluster, being incredibly thin; but, and here's the clincher, Monaco completely redeemed herself by reaching opacity in two coats, and remaining intact for six full days. No tipwear. No loss of shine. No chips. Ladies, this one is an essential.
