Moon River Floral Print Tie Neck Tunic in BURGUNDY.

Generally I'm so not into prints, tunics, peplums, or neck ties; yet, for some inexplicable reason, the presence of all of the above in just one solitary piece makes me love it in more ways than I could possibly explain. It feels v Free People meets Spencer Hastings, yes? Who else covets it for their fall wardrobe?!
