A Portland, Oregon designer! Say it ain't so! I love some type of fashion coming out of my city- thanks for the Portland boost Erika. So I gotta say I love all those dresses- lord, I couldn't pick one so I narrowed my "pick" to the Paris Trench because it's beyond adorable.
