Like Sugar's Confetti, Cherry On Top has a very celebratory feel to it. The shade is primarily filled with blue, silver, and red micro glitter {something that wasn't present in Confetti}; but the smattering of blue hexagonal glitter adds a little something something.
What's fun about this shade, is that, while the base is transparent; it has a red / pink tinge to it, that enhances similar shades {such as fuchsias, pinks, or reds}. Here, I'm wearing it over Maybelline Color Show's Rose Rapture {a Metallic Pink Orchid}.
