A Kiss for KITSCH: Hair Ties Review
Despite the fact that much of my life is devoted to fashion; I spend a large amount of time doing physical activities in the form of working out and ballet. Meaning? I need a strong hair tie or headband to hold my hair out of my face. Sadly, the ones I have come across in the past have made me feel less than glamorous; so when I received an e-mail from KITSCH inviting me to try out some of their hair accessories, I was beyond excited. And now, looking back, I am thrilled that I jumped at the opportunity, because they have become one of my absolute favorite accessories for working out, ballet, or simply hanging around – plus, they double as super adorable wrap bracelets!
I received a handful of headbands, and about 20 hair ties, all in varying colors, prints, and textures. My favorite would have to be the Metallic Mix pieces, which are made of a material that almost looks and feels like velvet (but isn’t), and are super sparkly, so they add a really pretty shimmer to your hair that makes you feel a bit glamorous and sophisticated even when you’re simply wearing denim; but the Swan Lake offerings have literally become my BFF’s for dance, as the muted, pastel tones match my leotards.
What I love about all of these pieces is that they don’t have that painful pull / rubberband factor that accompanies standard hair ties and headbands; yet they still stay in place, and keep your hair out of your face just as effectively.
KITSCH truly has a fan for life in me, and my friends (one of whom has already swiped a few of my hair ties; and three others who purchased sets from Anthropologie and Free People). And, thanks to the affordability of the sets, I plan on stocking up on these to use as holiday gifts because they are absolutely perfect for everyone – from the fashion-forward to the athletic.
The headbands are my absolute favorites. Which KITSCH products would you love to try?

Thanks to KITSCH for the picture.

They are so adorable. Loved your post on this.
Definitely must haves. Some really fun hair tie sets too.
They sound great! I avoid tying up my hair a lot because of the painful pull I get, so these seem perfect.
This sounds great. They are also so pretty with all the different colours and varieties. That picture of Hayley Steinfeld reminds me of that beautiful dress she wore which is probably the most beautiful dress I have ever seen. I was so in love with it haha.
I have been dying to try some of these hair ties because I know that Kendall Jenner wears some like these. These Kitsch hair ties are so adorable and I really want some. You are so lucky that you got to review them!

Its great to see this post. Such lovely hair ties.
Awesome review! So many pretty styles to choose from.
How cute. I have quite frizzy hair so these sound perfect for me, and I love that they keep your hair in place without the pull. HATE THAT! Love the fun designs too. Off to check out the site.
