I find that Sally Hansen brushes are an absolute pain to work with. They absorb too much polish, which then drips and causes a huge mess. That said...Berry Blue was a OCW, so as long as you remember to wipe the brush excessively on the lip of the bottle before application you're golden!

Tempest is THE shade you needin your life for summer! It mimics the look of the ocean; but has this decadent purple glow in certain light. The formula is on the thin side;, but incredibly easy to work with and buildable. I'm obsessed. Bravo Ciate!

This color! Babes, I'm basically speechless.

You're Such A Budapest is a beautiful periwinkle hue that is a total lemming in my personal collection {which makes it a new fave}. Though the formula is seamless to work for, building beautifully; the one downside is the amount of coats necessary for opacity. Yes, I needed 4 coats to reach this level of pretty, which was a pain, but, ultimately, worth it!

I haven't purchased Sally Hansen polish in what feels like forever; but I absolutely could not resist their collab with Jelly Belly for Easter! The colors are so fresh + fun for spring; while perfectly capturing the playful vibes of Jelly Belly jellybeans! Today I'm sharing the Hoppily Ever After duo; but I'll be bringing the Bunny and Sunny duo over the next few weeks. Ready to spring forward into the swatches?

Tutti-Fruitti is a Milky Pink Crelly with Rainbow-Colored Glitter. If you want to bring a whole lotta fun to your fingernails you cannot go wrong with this cutie! Tutti-Fruitti is an explosion of color in the form of a sparkle fest! The base is a milky pale pink that builds with multiple coats, or is virtually transparent if you use only a single coat {if you're layering it over another shade}; while the multi-sized glitter is a pure party! Formula is flawless - the glitter disperses perfectly on its own without requiring a pick + choose method; while the subdued base shade really allows the sparkle to stand front and center. Loving this one! This is 3 coats.

Formula here, as with all of the Tokyo shades, is flawless. I wanted a more plush look, if you will, so I went for two coats; but you could easily get away with just one. Huzzah!

Okay babes, a few weeks ago I shared the OPI Spring 2019 Tokyo Collection Mini Infinite Shine 5 Piece Set with y'all, and today I'm bringing you an {even more stunning} extension of those pretties with the OPI Spring 2019 Tokyo Collection Mini Nail Lacquer Set! While the former had a rainbow of shades to choose from; this particular quartet is all about the pink, and I, for one, am so here for it! Let's get to the swatches!

All Your Dreams in Vending Machines is a Metallic Electric Pink. Ooh babes this color is fire! Sooo...from the bottle I thought All Your Dreams in Vending Machines was going to be more purple than pink; but on the nail this beauty is a mind-blowing metallic electric pink with a cool blue shift that is unbelievable! Formula is flawless - it applies like a dream {no pooling in the cuticles], and dries lightning fast so you can be on. your. way in a flash. This is one shade you can't skip! This is 2 coats.

Arigato From Tokyo is a Medium Pink Creme. Is it purple or is it pink? Arigato From Tokyo is anotha stunna from the Tokyo collection. Another Ramen-tic Evening is billed as a dusty rose creme; but it def reads more pinky lilac on the nail - which I absolutely l-o-v-e for spring! The formula here is a liiittle runny, but still incredibly easy to work with, and v easy to build. If you were a fan of OPI's Getting Nadi On My Honeymoon you'll love this one! This is 2 coats.

Rice Rice Baby is a Mauve Pink Creme. Sooooo... typically I reach for mauve shades during the chilly fall, sweater weather months; but I'm actually liking this one as a break between brights for summer. Rice Rice Baby is a muted mauve pink that seamlessly falls into the neutral, your-nails-but-better category. It's feminine and playful; yet ultra sophisticated with a touch of sass. The formula is absolutely brilliant - smooth and sumptuous, with the ability to be a OCW if you apply with a heavier hand. Highly recommend! This is 2 coats.

The formula here is good - drying fast between layers so application doesn't feel gloppy; while the combo of pale yellow + glittering gold perfectly captures the look of yummy, scrummy, buttery popcorn!

Are you swooning as much as I am right now? Like OMG

Princesses Rule! is the type of girly hue that will make you instantly feel like a Disney Princess. The shade is just so effervescent and bubbly that you can't help but to feel like a royal! This one is incredibly sheer at coat one; however, it builds beautifully to the opaque pretty you see here. Be mindful of dry time - since you're applying three coats, you do have to allow a longer amount of time for drying...but it's worth it!

NOTD: Sally Hansen Insta Dri x Jelly Belly Nail Color in Coconut

Two coats of Sally Hansen Insta Dri x Jelly Belly Nail Color in Coconut. White Creme.

Y'all know how much I love white creme polishes, so obvs Coconut was the first shade from this collection on my radar; but omg babes what. a. letdown.

Here's the sitch, Coconut is a runner, and wanted nothing more than to flood my cuticles; but what was worse than the formula itself was the brush. Tbh it drips an obscene amount of excess polish onto the nail, and creates a huge, gloppy mess. My advice: wipe the brush {from the stem/handle, all the way down to the brush head} as much as possible before applying, otherwise application is a nightmare.

Color-wise though...I l-o-v-e. Opacity is reached in two coats, and the color is bright and long-lasting {no chips in 6 days!}. Nevertheless, I'd say this one is a pass due to the application issues. Womp womp.

Okay, not my typical nail go-to; but this one caught my eye and I had to give it a shot!

Berlin There Done That is one of those ultra-chic nail colors that works as a neutral, but feels just the tiniest bit more edgy. The formula her was perfect - being the ideal density and consistency for two easy swipes and a top coat that lasted well over a week. Highly recommend this one for sweater weather and beyond!

I'm obsessed with all of the Tokyo things, so finding out that OPI was feeling Tokyo for Spring 2019? Obvi one of the most exciting things eva! I immediately grabbed the Spring 2019 Tokyo Collection Mini Infinite Shine 5 Piece Set, which includes the 3 colors you see above in addition to OPI's Infinite Shine ProStay Primer {base coat} and Infinite Shine ProStay Gloss {top coat}; which, if you haven't tried them, are the best base and top coat on the market {they've been my go-tos for years!}. Lavendare to Find Courage is a oh-so-necessary-for-spring shade that is identical to the color seen in the bottle. IMO it leans more pink than lavender; but either way it's a stunning shade that you don't want to miss. Formula is fab! This bad boy has the potential to be a OCW if you use a heavy hand - I went lighter in my application, so used two. If you dig ultra-feminine shades this one is calling your name!
