I'd definitely splurge on the DVF pair. I just bought the DVF Theia wedges and I LOVE them, so want to get some more DVF shoes now! :)
These two are so similar that I would go with the cheaper version.
I can't believe how similar these look! The thrifty version for sure, even though I prefer the color of the DVF one ever so slightly.

Alas, these are too tall for me, but if were a few inches shorter I would be off to buy the Opals! I found a great shoe on the Bergdorf website, I must track it down and send it to you to see if you can find a similar {but better priced alternative} ;)
