The Ultimate Accessory? Hair!

Dolls, it was Martin Luther who proclaimed “The hair is the richest ornament of women.” As such, it is an unwritten rule of sorts that we ensure that our locks always look luscious so as to keep ourselves feeling fabulous at all times. To do so, however, one requires a very important tool. An item that is utterly essential in our hair care artillery to maintain our adorableness; and that, my loves, is a hair straightener.

Whether you’re already blessed with pin-straight follicles, or you are on the hunt for a tool with the ability to tame your unruly tresses, a straightener can take your hair from boring and blasé to breathtakingly beautiful – as evident by the incredibly versatile pieces offered by the Katy Perry-adored ghd.

Eager to don beachy waves a la Blake Lively? The ghd Boho Chic Limited Edition styling set from the Iconic Eras of Style Collection can create them in a snap! Looking for sleek style that shines from morning to night? Look no further than the ghd Gold Professional 1” from the New Gold Series. Seeking a multi-faceted styler with the ability to create everything from voluptuous curls and deep waves to perfectly straight looks? Your search is over; the ghd Classic can do all that and more!

As the saying goes, “Life is an endless struggle full of frustrations and challenges, but eventually you find a hair stylist [or styler] you like.”

Tell me, lovers; what hairstyle are you trying to achieve, and which ghd styler would you love to try?

Fashionably yours!

Thanks to ghd for the pictures.

i can't live without my ghd! my hair is quite straight, but it helps me achieve that pin-straight shiny look, or beach waves when i want them... i love it!

I prefer a straight look with my own hair, I'll bet this straightener here does an amazing job ...

I'm growing my hair out; it's been short for four years, I think.

I have naturally curly hair so don't use ghds but love the sleek straight and glossy look on others especially like Katy Perry's ♥

I always try to grow my hair out, but I never succeed. I get too bored waiting for it to grow, so I just cut it again.

This time I WILL let it grow out and I will only get hair cuts to fix split ends. *holds up right hand*

If hair is the richest ornament of the female, then shoes are their most valued.

Love ghd, they gave me a set back at Sundance a few years back and I am a fan! Right now, I'm still figuring out summer hair and have an appointment next week--can't wait!

Katy Perry looks great in the GHD ads. I swear by GHD's. They're the best straightners ever.

My hair is pretty straight so I'm always wishing I had bouncy curls! :)

I hear that so many women swear by GHDs. I actually use the Toni and Guy set but I don't straighten much at all and if it was something I did more regularly I'd definitely invest in GHDs since their reputation precedes them!

Your sohrtlist of favourite books is awesome :) I love all of the ones you listed. You're a Hemingway fan - cool points!
