NOTD: mark Cupcake

Two coats of mark Cupcake from the Nailed It Trend Mini Nail Lacquers Sorbet Shades duo. Sugar-Sweet Lavender.

Cupcake is the second shade that came in the mark Nailed It Trend Mini Nail Lacquers Sorbet Shades duo {I swatched/reviewed the first - Creamsicle - last week}; and just as perfect for spring!

While Creamsicle was pure jelly, and sheer on first coat; Cupcake was more creme, and I actually reached full opacity with a single coat {I applied two to be on the safe side}. Though less unique than its partner {I'd peg Cupcake as a cross between Essie Cascade Cool and Revlon Flirt}, it is every bit as wearable for the spring / summer months. Bonus for moi: It matches one of my bikinis so you know that I'll be wearing it quite often.

What nail color are you rocking for #ManicureMonday?

This is so pretty! As much as I love pink, I'm not a big pink nail polish color (unless it's neon), but this is gorgeous! This Mani Monday, I'm wearing Sinful Colors' black and white polishes with a layer of NCLA's Rough Around the edges on top. It must look pretty good, because even my hubby complimented them!

That's a lovely vibrant colour. I have a French Manicure today but for the summer I'm looking forward to bright cheerful colours.

Yum yum yum, this shade is delectable Erika, absolutely love it! I'm still sticking to my boring nude shades, but you're inspiring me to get a bit more brave...

I love Cupcake--the name alone got my attention, haha. I'm wearing pale pink but could definitely be in the mood for something more daring soon!

loving this color. I am rocking clear ( a growth formula by Essie) right now and am so bored with it but, plan to try it for two weeks.
