Ooh babes, I am a total sucker for pastels during the winter, so I couldn't resist this beauty.

It's A Girl! is a baby pink hue with an interesting finish. At first swipe it just appears sheer; however, as you continue layering, it develops a crelly-like look that makes it feel super unique. Yes, it does require a few swipes to truly bring out the color; but it builds easily, and has great wear-time. If you love sweet shades you'll def swoon over It's A Girl!
