China Glaze Baby Beats Micro Mini Set Swatches + Review

Brights have been my jam as of late, so I couldn't resist adding China Glaze's Baby Beats Micro Mini Set to my cart during my last Ulta stock-up. The Electric Nights theme is spot on for summer, and the colors + formulas? Let's just say, they're not too shabby. In fact, I'm kind of obsessed.

Glow With The Flow is a Bright Neon Pink Creme. Search. Ovah. This right here is officially my new all-time favorite pink. When I first picked up this collection I was thinking gah! another pink? - and then it wound up being my favorite in the set. Glow With The Flow is essential if you dig Barbie pinks. Formula here was fantastic - it flows beautifully onto the nail with little muss or fuss. This is 3 coats.

Treble Maker is a Neon Green Creme. Are you dying over this one? I am! I lovelovelove this color - it's playful and fun, not to mention completely unique {I have never owned a shade like this before}. The formula was flawless here - the only downfall: it stains. This is 3 coats.

DJ Blue My Mind is a Bold, Bright Neon Blue Crelly. OMG this color! You all know I've been going through a blue period in terms of nail polish; thus, DJ Blue My Mind is giving me all sorts of feels right now. The formula is lush and creamy; and the color itself? Totes gets the party started! Downfall? It stains. Le sigh. This is 2 coats.

Violet-Vibes is a Neon Red-Toned Purple Satin. Violet-Vibes is gorgeous to look at, and works perfectly as a summer-to-fall transition color due to the red undertones. Without top coat, this one dries to a {stunning} satin finish. Again, the formula was great here; however, I did experience a bit of staining. This is 3 coats.

Daisy Know My Name? is a Neon Yellow Creme. Daisy Know My Name? is about a billion times brighter IRL than it reflects in pictures - think highlighter yellow. For a yellow shade, I found the formula to be so-so here - it was pigmented and rich, as opposed to sheer {like many yellow nail colors fall victim to}; however, it was a bit streaky and patchy. This is 3 coats.

Red-y To Rave is a Neon Orange / Red Creme. Red-y To Rave was the most difficult shade in this collection to photograph, but also one of my personal faves. The color is insanely bright in that traffic cone kind of way. Loved the formula here - it was fluid, non-clumping, and beautifully pigmented. This is 3 coats.

AVAILABILITY: ULTA.

PRICE: $14.95 for the 6-Piece Mini Kit; or $7.50 per full-size bottle.
