That's A Wrap!

Kitty cats, the power of the accessory is a magical thing. It can turn drab to fab; blasé to brilliant; mundane to magnificent – all in zero to sixty seconds. And when the accessory in question is that of a handmade silk scarf or shawl a la the majestic marvels found at Women Clothing Today, the mythical powers work twofold, for such an item not only contributes un dash of chic elegance to one’s look du jour; but has the capability of shrouding the wearer with the type of warmth synonymous with a hug from a cute boy.

As the queen of coquettish cosmopolitanism herself, one Miss Coco Chanel, once said, “It is the unseen, unforgettable, ultimate accessory of fashion that heralds your arrival and prolongs your departure.” The brains behind Women Clothing Today have taken these words to heart; handcrafting sophisticated styles – like the airy # 210166 and the brightly hued # 210161 – to keep one looking every bit the fashionable femme fatale; whilst retaining sleek savoir-faire.

Loop # 210167 through the handles of a beloved black satchel for a splash of color; toss # 210159 over your luxurious little black dress to allow your playful personality to shine through; or simply stop by the Silk Scarves Blog for a handful of other styling tips that will transform your closet.

Darlings, no matter how you wear it, a scarf is ready, willing, and able to wow your wardrobe. The question is, what scarf would you like to take home? Better yet, how will you be styling it once it arrives on your front porch?

Fashionably yours!

ohh so many beauties to choose from! I love the dream of iris, nocturne 3 and gilius! I like tying scarves to handbags, wearing them as colorful belts or even headbands. So many uses!

I love scarves, but I really have to use for them here in Hawaii. They're more fashionable than practical here. :) I do own a few, but have only worn them a couple times.. when it actually gets "cold" enough in Hawaii to do so.

Happy Weekending Erika!

I love scarves and shawls and i have a lot of it. Here in Nigeria, you can make a bold fashion statement using a scarf. We tie it round our heads and use it as some sort of belt. sweet post!

I'd love to get frantic with Avatar!

Letting the colors carry, guiding me to choose a loose gray blouse, the same hued but darker harem pants and perky purple pumps.
