Wow, those two compare really well. For me, it'd come down to whether I have an important event to which I'd like to wear (in which case I'd go for the David Lerner... otherwise, Kohl's all the way).
If I saw two women wearing those dresses side by side, I'd honestly have no clue that they were different.

I'd go Lerner! It looks nice and I'm not a huge fan of Candie's... plus the price for a quality LBD isn't bad at all. I love this style in general, you are insane at finding these!
Hmm. I think you can tell which one is more is expensive but seeing as I'm not in the position to just shop as I please I'd go for the Candie dress! It looks well-made and is cute, too.
