I always opt for the cheaper version, especially from Target, I adore that store! I've been so busy saving for grad school, it's the only choice I have... last week though, I finally got a new pear of over the knee black boots from Target, on sale for $25! Gotta love it! <3

I'd go for target. I love cashmere against bare skin, but since I'd have to wear a top underneath because of the open front, it's not necessary.
