I am not a long skirt fan. Neither.
They both look so similar I am not sure that I could decide between them so I would go for the least expensive.

I freaking LOVE the F21 one!! It makes me realize I haven't been to the store in ages and that shocks and worries me. LOL. ;)
The skirts are both really pretty, but not really my style. But I'd definitely choose the Forever21, they are almost the same!

I love long peasant skirts. The F21 one is definitely one I want under my tree this Christmas.

Both are great skirts. I love designer labels, but I shop at the Goodwill to find them. A recent purchase of mine, a Diane von Furstenberg blouse, retailed for $185 and it was on the runways. Bought it last week at a Goodwill in Marin while I was up North visiting family.
Thrift is a great way to get the designer labels for next to nothing! : )

Lovely find! I definetly prefer the F21 version not just because its cheaper but beacuse the Torn version has a several tiers and I think the classic maxi skirt silohuotte is more in fashion. Esp with a chunky sweater and one's favorite necklace. Great post as always :)

I, for one, can't stand F21. Everytime I walk in, I want to run back out. Their pieces are so badly made! Sure, they might have fashionable styles, but they are made in such poor quality that they end up looking bad. This skirt here is no different. It looks horrible.
