Lovers, the holidays are a truly wondrous time of year, full of twinkling fairy lights, carols being sung by big and small, mistletoe and holly hanging about, and, best of all, parties galore which require one to dress in their finest, yet come with one wicked entity…the expansion of our waistlines due to hearty food and drink. Great giveaway! My favorite has to be sufganiot, which is a special kind of donut which is eaten for the Jewish holiday of Hanukka (around the same time as Christmas). They are basically like regular donuts, but you can fill them with tons of stuff, like jam, chocolate or whatever you like. My favorites have dulce de leche filling :)
Looks like a great recipe book to have. I've liked her other books.
She's awesome! What a great give away!
Someone is gonna have a great holiday with some of these recipes.
Have a fabulous Friday!
I think my favorite Christmas recipe would be my father's stuffing (though we call it dressing at home). I made it a couple of years back and it was delicious, although I doubt it would ever be as good as how my dad made it.
I love these books! My favorite holiday recipe is my moms red velvet cake! I'm a follower on GFC and bloglovin! :)
Even though I don't drink, I have to say, this sounds like a great book! I'd love to check out the party food recipes!
