I spotted Olivia Wilde wearing this nail shade in the Revlon adverts {rocking gorgeous golden locks btw} and knew I had to have it for two reasons: 1} the name...Urban - so vampy and cosmopolitan; 2} I have very few navy blue shades in my collection {ridic, right?}; and so I made it mine during an impromptu Ulta trip.
Perfect purchase. Urban is one of those elusive one coat wonders. It's opaque, self-leveling, and long-lasting after a single swipe. I found the formula to be fantastic in terms of depth/weight - not too thick; not too thin. This may be my new favorite navy. Highly recommended.

This looks so lovely..I will possibly pull out all my neon pinks this week. But then I'll have second thoughts and go dark. This would be perfect!
I'd so wear this color. A LOT! Love it! I do wear lots of blues. I keep telling myself I'm going to go green, but I never find any greens I really fall in love with.

Olivia Wilde! lol, my brother is in love with her! I love this shade, it almost has a purple hint to it! I love navy shades, they remind me of the TARDIS.
