Nicole by OPI Kellogg’s® Special K® Nail Lacquer Review

I LOVE the collabs that Nicole by OPI and its big sister line OPI partake in each year; but one of my favorites is their partnership with Kellogg's Special K {which I mentioned here}. This year, with the purchase of 3 eligible Special K products you can receive 3 exclusive creme shades that are, in my opinion, incredibly lush. See for yourself!

Challenge Red-y is a Cherry Red Creme. One can never go wrong with a classic red color, and this one is stunning. The formula was wonderful to work with; but I found the formula a bit too sheer for my taste - I could have definitely used another coat. This is 2 coats.

Live in the Momentum is a Sapphire Blue Creme. For some reason I expected this color to be lighter - more cobalt; but it wound up being darker - sometimes appearing as a medium navy color. Regardless, I still love it because it's blue - and I do love my blues. The formula was amazing here. This is 2 coats.

My Sol Shines Brighter is a Coral Creme. Love, love, lovelovelovelove. I usually prefer my corals to lean pink, but there is something about this shade that is just...sizzling. The formula was sumptuous - I know that's a strange way to describe a polish; but...it felt necessary. This is 2 coats.


FINAL THOUGHTS

The true standout trait of this trio is not the colors {which are gorgeous to look at but nothing too groundbreaking}; rather, it's the flawless formula. I cannot rave enough about how incredible the formula was on all 3 of these polishes {but especially My Sol Shines Brighter} - for the formula alone it's worth checking these shades out!
