Great ideas here! As a writer, I second your suggestion to start your memoirs. Not necessarily an entire life story, but some aspect of it. Everyone's got a story to tell, after all. Happy writing :)

20's flapper sounds like fun and glamorous! I've been experimenting with makeup and such, now I wish I had somewhere to go as a flapper. Halloween seems too far away and I don't know whether flappers are overdone? Now I'm thinking I'll try a range of looks from different decades...if only I had the time! Mmmmm...frosting ..om nom nom. They need to invent a type of frosting that has the same benefits as spinach and broccoli, but still tastes like frosting.

i love this post so much! i always wanted to write an autobiography, ahh. i've been obsessed with journals and journalling since i was like, seven. when i started writing in my first journal, my dad asked me why i was doing that - and apparently i replied (i don't really remember this but he always tells this story) - "because one day I'm going to be famous, and I'm the only one whose gonna tell my story" LOL
